Return Policy

We aim to be clear and fair. Our products are Digital Keys/Digital Content delivered electronically. When you request immediate supply (the default on our site), you acknowledge that once the key or download link is made available to you, you lose the 14-day right to cancel. This does not affect your rights where the product is faulty or not as described.

1. Eligibility

   If a key has not been delivered or has not been activated, you may cancel within 14 days. If the key has already been delivered with your consent to immediate supply, the cooling-off right does not apply; we will still assist where a defect exists.

2. Time limits

   For defective or non-activating keys, contact us within 30 days of purchase. If delivery is scheduled for a future date (e.g., pre-order), you may cancel until supply begins.

3. Conditions

   We may request screenshots and error codes. Returns are not accepted where the key has been successfully activated, where Microsoft’s EULA is breached, or where issues arise from unsupported setups or system incompatibilities.

4. Fees

   We do not charge return handling fees. Some payment methods may incur non-refundable third-party charges (e.g., crypto network fees).

6. Refunds

   Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. For crypto payments, if a refund is due, we may refund in GBP via a reasonable alternative method. Timelines depend on your payment provider.

7. Gifts & promotions

   The same rules apply. Refunds are made only to the original payer for the amount actually paid.

8. Sale items

   Where applicable, refunds are based on the amount you paid (not the list price).
